Justin French

Justin grew up in a small ranching community in Southern Arizona near the boarder of Mexico. He moved to the Phoenix area in 2001 to attend Arizona State University where he also competed in Collegiate Rodeo Athletics riding bulls and broncs…winning the Grand Canyon Region in 2001 and competing in the College National Finals in ‘01 and ‘02.

While at ASU Justin interned for a national paint company where he learned the paint and resurfacing trades that would later be the foundation for SXPR. Justin detoured from the construction industry in his mid and late 20’s to ride bulls professionally, formally retiring from the sport in 2009.

Justin has a beautiful family that includes his wife Kim, daughters Bellamy and Aubrey (AJ), and his best sidekick Hayley (the rescue pup). Justin and Kim are avid sports fans and rarely miss an ASU basketball or football game. They also enjoy dedicating time to philanthropic endeavors and Kim is the founder of Project Pal AZ and a Co-Founder of Community Canine Project, both of which raise money for and implement programs geared towards shelter dogs. Justin also enjoys physical activities and loves booking an extra day to his trip when visiting our Salt Lake City Division to spend time on the slopes.

Jeff Smith
Quality Control and Development

Jeff joined SXPR in 2015 after owning his own painting company.  Although resurfacing was new to him, with the training, resources, and support offered by SXPR, he quickly mastered all aspects of resurfacing, and his passion for the trade grew just as quickly.  He is committed to giving each of his employees the tools they need to be successful at work and in their private lives.

In a period of four years, Jeff mastered and helped redesign and redefine the professional process of resurfacing used today in Surface Xchange.
